We will repair or replace any manufacturing defect arising from normal use for a period of one year from date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage such as, but not limited to tears, holes, rips and gouges resulting from usage beyond normal wear and tear.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Every seat cover is meticulously designed for a precise fit and we go through multiple prototypes until we are satisfied and PROUD to put our name on it. We check seat belt mounts, lever controls, buttons, headrest posts and fittings that often overlooked by others. Made right here in Melbourne using CAD (Computer Aided Design software) and the latest CNC cutting machinery, we control every aspect of our manufacturing from raw materials to finished product. We take into consideration quality control of materials, durability testing and stitch sewing. If it does not meet our stringent standards, we won’t put it up for sale.

Battle-tested from the Outback to the Snowy Mountains
We won’t compromise quality. As neoprene experts (our sister company has been selling neoprene since 1985), there are a lot of neoprene seat covers that claim to do what Dingo Trails® covers do. However, they are not UV-treated, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) spec’ed, have poor stretch (which will lather/tear) and fade under the Australian sun. We even encountered competitors using covers treated with formaldehyde, a known carcinogen with a strong smell. Compare that to our automotive neoprene that is soft, luxurious and battle tested for over 14 years in the Australian market. As far as we know, no other neoprene can make this claim. And oh, our neoprene is formaldehyde-free.

Shipping and Returns
Free Shipping Australia Wide
No more to pay! Prices listed include gst and free standard shipping within Australia. We want our product in your hot little hands as soon as possible so we ship within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation (Christmas period excepted). Deliveries to metro are usually faster than regional so to receive your delivery faster, select Express Post at checkout. For parcels, we email a tracking number for you to stalk your shipment.

Free shipping available to most metro areas. Shipping fees apply for other areas depending on your post code. See shipping options at Checkout.
International Shipping
We deliver to most international destinations with postage charges but delivery times vary. At checkout, select the destination country and our system will calculate international postage costs automatically. International shipping will usually be via international standard shipping (unless otherwise selected). For your protection, orders exceeding the value of AUD100 may include tracking, insurance and signature on delivery. Please note that prices exclude import fees and buyers are responsible for paying any import fees (if applicable) such as taxes, custom charges and duties.

When Add to cart button is visible, that item is in stock and will ship within 1-2 business days . When ‘out of stock’, it will take 2-4 weeks to bring item back into stock.
We don’t accept payment for ‘out of stock’ items as that’s not fair to keep your money. You can however head to the front of the queue by clicking on the individual item(s). Scroll down and you’ll see a box Email me when back in stock where you can drop your details and hit Notify Me. You are important to us and we’ll immediately notify you once the item(s) arrive.
Although we gear our manufacturing for fast turnarounds, we will not cut corners for the sake of expediency and will inform you of any delays on those rare occasions.

Once your order is received, an email is sent confirming details together with a tax invoice. We then ship 1-2 business days after payment confirmation and for parcels, a tracking number is also provided. If you haven’t received anything, the email address provided may be incorrect. Contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Ownership And Returns
Return postage to be borne by the purchaser. Return of goods not accepted unless accompanied by proof of purchase and authorised by the company. Items returned must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. Goods remain the property of Stubbify Pty. Ltd. until payment has cleared. Insurance for goods in transit remains your responsibility.
