Seat covers designed for what Navaras were built for

A Navara doesn't stay clean for long. Between dusty work sites, muddy boots, camping gear and takeaway coffees, your seats cop a lot before the week is out. To properly protect your Navara, start by choosing the right fabric for your seat covers.

These Nissan Navara car seat covers are handcrafted in Australia from 2.5mm automotive-grade neoprene fabric specifically manufactured to handle Australian conditions and everyday ute life. The four-way stretch follows the factory seat shape while the ribbed rubber backing keeps the covers secure - even when you're constantly hopping in and out.

Neoprene specs

  • 2.5mm automotive-grade neoprene strikes the right balance between comfort and protection.
  • Proven - protecting Aussie cars since 2011.
  • Ribbed non-slip backing minimises movement.
  • UV-stable for harsh Australian conditions.
  • Water-resistant and suitable for wet use.
  • Comfortable on long drives, towing and daily commuting.
  • Stays cool in summer and warm in winter.
  • Easy to clean up dirt, dust and spills.

When the day ends with more mud and dirt than expected, a quick vacuum or wipe is usually all they need. When its time to sell your ute, simply remove the covers in the safe knowledge that the non-marking rubber backing won't damage upholstery or leather.

Ready for work gear, weekends away and everything after

Every Navara owner tells a different story. Some spend weekdays towing trailers and visiting job sites, while others load their ute with fishing rods, recovery gear and bikes as soon as Friday rolls around.

These seat covers are ideal for

  • Tradies climbing in and out of their Navara everyday.
  • Towing caravans, boats and trailers.
  • Camping, fishing and 4WD weekends.
  • Families travelling with kids and pets.
  • Everyday driving that still gets a little messy.

If boots, dogs or kids regularly end up behind the front seats, Full-back front covers is a practical upgrade to reduce everyday scuffs. If you've got pets or enjoy some extra elbow comfort, add a Console lid cover.

Tailored just for your Navara
(not a universal fit for every Tom, Dick and ute)

Generic seat covers might be cheaper, but they rarely stay in place or look great. These Nissan Navara seat covers are CAD-designed to ensure a snug fit to follow the original contours without loose fabric or messy straps. They're also individually styled to match Navara's cabin so it adds to the interior aesthetics for a premium finish.

Key features

  • Navara-specific seat covers designed for specific model years.
  • Preserves access to seat functions such as access to armrests, seat adjustments and isofix points for child restraints.
  • Integrated map-pockets (full-back front seat covers).
  • Reinforced stitching designed for high-contact areas.
  • Four-way stretch for comfort.
  • No loose straps or oversized universal fit.
  • Water-resistant against spills and wet gear.
  • UV protection reduces fading over time.

The ribbed rubber backing grips the seats like superglue preventing the covers from bunching or shifting while driving. No more constant readjustments or straightening each time you jump in. When fitted properly, these Nissan Navara seat covers aren't going anywhere and will stay put.

A few checks before you hit order

These seat covers are custom made for Nissan Navaras based on seat configuration and model year. Follow the steps below to pick the right one.

Before ordering

[1] We support Navaras going back 2 generations. Select 'D40' for model years between Sep 2007 and May 2015. Alternatively, select 'NP300' for current models since June 2015.

[2] If NP300, then pick the series from 1 to 5. Do pay attention as seat covers differ between the individual series.

[3] Consider Full-back Front covers if passengers, kids or pets often ride in the back. These will give you the best protection.

[4] Alternatively, choose Standard Front seat covers best suited for weekend warriors who want the covers put on and taken off during the week.

[5] Choose the Value Bundle (front + rear) for best value or purchase each seat cover individually. For Navara Dual Cab only. Not suitable for Single or King Cab.

[6] Add Rear Armrest covers and Console Lid covers (popular ⭐) as appropriate for full peace-of-mind protection. They are especially recommended for owners with pets.

[7] Check compatibility guide on product pages for more information.

Don't skip this step and it will save you from mucking around later. You'll be happy as Larry with a set of seat covers that fits your Navara to a Tee 'N'. 😊

Protection that works as hard as your ute

Whether your Navara spends time on worksites, towing a camper or exploring bush tracks, quality protection reduces wear before it becomes permanent. Pair your seat covers with Bucket Mats to catch mud and gravel before it reaches the carpet. With 3D walls on all four sides and extended coverage, it will keep mud, sand and spills trapped inside the bucket instead of spreading all over your ute. Keeping the cabin in good nick today can also maintain your Navara's value down the track.

What's the best protection for my Navara seats? (Buyer's Guide)

You're going to be spoilt for choice but many seat covers won't do the job for you. Some are generic size while others are made from different materials.  If you choose the wrong type, it won't protect your upholstery and you will be left disappointed. Here are a few pointers to consider.

The best seat covers don't just protect your seats.
They make owning a hardworking ute easier.

Things to consider

  • We generally do not recommend universal fit as they shift a lot and often lead to buyers' remorse.
  • Custom covers usually looks better and are easier to install.
  • There are 4 main types of seat covers - fabric, canvas, neoprene and sheepskin.
  • Fabric covers tends to be the cheapest option but is not water-proof. That means spills and wet swimming cozzies are going to wreck your seats.
  • Sheepskin - oh dear, where do we start ... IMHO, it doesn't look flash. After a short time, the wool squishes and cheapens the look of your car. We know many swear by sheepskin but we don't think it performs better than the alternatives and should be avoided. Did we mention sheepskin stinks when wet? 🤢
  • Neoprene and canvas are popular choices. They are heavy-duty, water-resistant and durable so perfect for tradies and off-road conditions.
  • However, only neoprene has a soft plush feel that strikes a balance between comfort and durability.
  • In terms of fitment, canvas relies on straps and ties to secure it onto the seat. While providing excellent protection, they can be complicated to install and are prone to loose fabric and bunching up.
  • In contrast, a proper custom-designed neoprene seat cover will stretch over the seat with no baggy folds of fabric. A grippy rubber backing stops the neoprene cover from shifting.

Bottom Line

If you only drive on urban roads and avoid the path less travelled, we recommend fabric seat covers. They're cheap, cheerful and after a few years, toss them out and grab another set. On the flip side, if you're the owner of messy kids or take your Navara off-road, you might regret saving those few bucks. It only takes one 'accident' for you to reconsider.

That's when it makes sense to upgrade to neoprene and canvas. Both have similar performance, are water-resistant, easy to clean and help preserve the resale value of your ute. If you're already going down this path, why not take the small step up to Neoprene? A custom set will follow the contours of your seats perfectly and looks a million bucks. No other seat cover can offer similar protection while adding a touch of class to the cabin.
