We check seat belt mounts, lever controls, buttons, headrest posts and fittings that often overlooked by others. Made right here in Melbourne using CAD (Computer Aided Design software) and the latest CNC cutting machinery, we control every aspect of our manufacturing from raw materials to finished product. We take into consideration quality control of materials, durability testing and stitch sewing. If it does not meet our stringent standards, we won’t put it up for sale.

We won’t compromise quality. As neoprene experts (our sister company has been selling neoprene since 1985), there are a lot of neoprene seat covers that claim to do what Dingo Trails® covers do. However, they are not UV-treated, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) spec’ed, have poor stretch (which will lather/tear) and fade under the Australian sun. We even encountered competitors using covers treated with formaldehyde, a known carcinogen with a strong smell. Compare that to our automotive neoprene that is soft, luxurious and battle tested for over 13 years in the Australian market. As far as we know, no other neoprene can make this claim. And oh, our neoprene is formaldehyde-free.

A friend said it best when they looked at them first time, “oh wow they look so nice!”. They fit perfectly, holding snug and tight to the seat. I tried universal covers first and they didn’t fit even close. The DTs look very well made and easy to put on, and importantly will be easy to take off and clean. Neoprene is the way to go, very nice to sit on. Seat covers do a lot of work so it pays to buy quality, and still much cheaper than the car factory offer.

Great product and very well made. Had a set on my ute for the past 6 years and have held up extremely well with all the abuse they get from a grubby me getting in and out from 4WD, mud, collecting fire wood and often soaking wet. Been thrown in the washing machine numerous time and never lost shape or fit. no problems with vacuuming especially after the dogs have climbed all over them. Would have gotten a few more years out of the original set but decided to spruce the car up a bit and had no hesitation in getting the same again.
